All hair purchases are eligible for return within 24 hours of receiving your order only if the product remains in its original condition. This means:
The hair must be unused and unaltered
All original wrappers, packaging, and rubber bands must still be attached
The hair must be returned in its original state with no signs of wear, cutting, coloring, or installation
Any product that has been worn, altered, or removed from its original packaging will not be accepted for return.
