All hair purchases are eligible for return within 24 hours of receiving your order only if the product remains in its original condition. This means:

• The hair must be unused and unaltered
• All original wrappers, packaging, and rubber bands must still be attached
• The hair must be returned in its original state with no signs of wear, cutting, coloring, or installation
• Any product that has been worn, altered, or removed from its original packaging will not be accepted for return.
• We appreciate your understanding as these policies help maintain the quality and integrity of our products 💕

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
